Every need has a story. Every story sets a bearing.
The story captures the environment where the solution will exist, including users, objects, temperature — maybe even MRI interference if in a hospital setting. These empower decision making at the concept stage and are essential to make products belong.
We then craft a need definition from the story, capturing all that a solution must perform. This is both a document and an LLM skill.
From the need, concepts take shape.
Following techniques for ideating, we'll craft several alternate solutions. Through simulation and early prototypes they are reduced to a single concept. Feasibility, manufacturability and economics are tested at this phase.
